Digitization in education is an inevitable process that brings great benefits—but only if it is done correctly. Through structured teacher training and the integration of digital tools such as the Smart RoboKit, Mobile Application, E-learning Platform, and Teachers' Guide, we aim to create sustainable, accessible, and engaging learning environments. Research conducted across 20 schools in North Macedonia highlights the need for equal digital access, adaptive learning tools, and interactive platforms to improve STEAME education. As we invest in the development of digital competencies, we are shaping classrooms without borders—preparing students and teachers for the challenges of the digital future.
The Digital Teachers App is designed to transform traditional teaching into a more engaging and interactive experience. Educators can create personalized learning quests, explore a catalog of existing activities, and manage student engagement through real-time tracking. The app offers a structured approach to digital education, allowing teachers to integrate technology seamlessly into their lessons. By leveraging this platform, schools can enhance student participation, encourage self-paced learning, and bridge the gap between digital tools and educational content.
Education is for everyone, and it should prepare us for future studies, work, and life. We cannot and should not stop technological advancements, but rather learn how to use them effectively and efficiently. The Digital Teachers project has focused on understanding different school systems, creating work packages for digital tools, and training educators on how to integrate these resources. From robotics to interactive learning applications, the goal is to enhance engagement, collaboration, and personalized learning while addressing challenges such as technical training and resource limitations.
