WP2.R1 Transnational Project Meeting in Greece

1st Transnational Project Meeting Recap: Empowering Digital Teachers

We are excited to share the outcomes and insights from our inaugural Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) held in Greece, April 27-28, 2023. Hosted by PARAGON-eduTech at the Avra Hotel in Rafina, Attica, this meeting marked a pivotal moment for our "Digital Teachers" project, setting the stage for collaborative success and impactful educational innovation.

Meeting Objectives and Achievements

The TPM focused on achieving several critical objectives:
·       Bringing together representatives from partner organizations to foster personal connections and build a cohesive team.
·       Clarifying the overarching goals, objectives, and expected outcomes of the project.
·       Discussing the project's scope, outlining timelines, and identifying key milestones.
·       Defining effective communication channels and protocols to ensure seamless collaboration.
·       Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
·       Setting expectations for project quality, managing budgets, and allocating resources effectively.


Key Highlights and Discussions

Work Package Discussions: Detailed discussions were conducted under various work packages (WP1 to WP4), focusing on project management, quality assurance, dissemination activities, and the development of educational materials.

Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities (LTTAs): Partners finalized dates and objectives for LTTAs across partner countries, enhancing collaborative learning and knowledge sharing.

Participant Feedback: Participants provided positive feedback, highlighting the well-organized nature of the meeting, productive discussions, and effective decision-making processes.

Next Steps

Looking ahead, we are eager to continue our journey towards achieving project milestones. Our upcoming TPMs in Estonia and Portugal, scheduled for October 2023 and September 2024 respectively, will further our progress in enhancing digital skills and educational practices across Europe.

Digital Teachers Training Programme LTTA3 – Robotics Coding in Education

We are excited to share the successful outcomes of the Digital Teachers Training Programme "Robotics Coding in Education" (LTTA3), held in Rafina, Greece. Organized by PARAGON-eduTech under the KA220-SCH cooperation partnerships, this programme aimed to equip educators with essential skills in programming and robotics.

Comprehensive Learning Structure: Participants praised the well-structured programme that integrated theory with hands-on workshops, enhancing their ability to apply programming concepts effectively.
